These terms apply to your use of myaislebuddy.com (the "site"), run by My Aisle Buddy ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What My Aisle Buddy is
My Aisle Buddy is a free tool that helps you compare grocery prices at stores near you. We show information to help you decide where to shop. We don't sell groceries, take orders or handle payments.
Prices and product information
We work hard to keep prices accurate, but we can't guarantee them. Prices come from what stores list publicly and from third-party sources, and they change often. The price you pay in the store, online, for pickup or for delivery may be different from what we show, and items may be out of stock. Sale prices may end, and unit prices are calculated from package sizes as they are listed, which can contain mistakes.
Please check the price with the store before you buy. Each store sets its own prices and policies, and we aren't responsible for them. If you spot a mistake, let us know.
We're independent
My Aisle Buddy isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any store or brand shown on the site unless we say so. Store names, product names, logos and other trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the stores and products we compare.
Using the site
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't:
- copy, collect or harvest content or prices from the site in bulk, including with bots, scrapers or other automated tools;
- interfere with the site, overload it, or try to get around its security or usage limits;
- reverse engineer the site, except where the law allows it;
- use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful; or
- suggest that we endorse you or your products.
We may limit or block access for anyone who doesn't follow these terms.
Links to other websites
The site links to stores and other websites and shows product images from them. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, prices or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Our content
The site's design, text, graphics, our logo and our mascot, Buddy, belong to My Aisle Buddy and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy our content for commercial use without permission.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, you agree that we may use them to improve the site without any obligation to you.
Disclaimer
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will always be available, error-free or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, My Aisle Buddy won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, savings, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on any price or information on it. Our total liability for any claim related to the site won't exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Indemnity
If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to cover any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that result, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
We may change the site or these terms at any time. When we update the terms, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the site after an update, that means you accept the new terms.
